For the purposes of this policy, Precision Meter Distribution Inc. is the governing legal entity. The term "Precision Meter" is used herein as the company's operating name.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The Company ships primarily within Canada using carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are:
• British Columbia & Alberta: 2 to 5 business days
• Prairies: 3 to 7 business days
• Ontario & Quebec: 4 to 8 business days
• Atlantic Provinces: 5 to 10 business days
• Prairies: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees associated with international orders.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Customers must report lost or damaged shipments within seven (7) days of delivery. Claims may require photographs, supporting documentation, and cooperation with the carrier's investigation process.
Incorrect Addresses
The Company is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Returned shipments may be subject to additional fees.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
